Paying for Care:
Free to use and impartial advice on paying for all forms of care can be obtained from the Paying For Care website which is provided by a ‘Not-For-Profit’ organisation. It also provides many links to other elderly person or care related partners and their websites.
Care Quality Commission is the Regulatory Authority for Care Home Inspection. Click here to see our latest CQC Report. There is also a page for residents and family to share their experience of their stay at Nower House. This is a very important method of ensuring that Nower House continues to be able to provide the service we are so proud of and we would be very grateful if you could follow the link below and take a few minutes to complete the boxes with regard to your concerns or praise.
Local Authority Ombudsman:
In the unlikely event of an unresolved complaint, the CQC only deal with the most serious complaints and direct any other complaint enquiries to the Local Authority Ombudsman who provide an independant complaints arbitration service and whose decision can resolve a dispute.
